Working with us
Who are we looking for right now?
People stay with us for a long time: the average length of employment in the team is over seven years. That's down to clear mandate responsibilities, paid continuing education and the fact that in peak season we turn down work rather than handing out overtime.
Mandate manager, fiduciary services, 80–100 %
You independently manage around forty mandates from accounting through to the tax return and are the contact person for your clients. We expect a federal certificate in finance and accounting or comparable training, plus several years of fiduciary experience. We offer a contribution towards further training as a fiduciary expert and a medium-term perspective in the succession.
Payroll and accounting administrator, 60–80 %
You record accounts, process salaries and handle reports to the social insurance institutions. Experience in a fiduciary office or a payroll department is a requirement; you'll learn the rest from Marco Iten. You have a say in how your working days are arranged, and working from home is possible two days a week.
Apprentice commercial employee, fiduciary services
From summer we will again be training an apprentice, with training provided by Nadja Hürlimann. From the first year you'll work on real mandates, starting with document recording and later on financial statements. We look for care and enjoyment of figures, not just grades.
About us
How do we work here?

Brunnwald Treuhand AG has existed since 2004. Hanspeter Brunnwald built the office up on his own, with the resolve to take on fewer clients and have more time for each one. Today there are seven of us, looking after around 180 clients: trade businesses, medical practices, consulting firms and private individuals from Zug and the neighbouring municipalities.
The work is divided so that each person manages their own mandates and is responsible for them. Whoever looks after a client also decides how they talk to them. Queries don't go up a hierarchy, they go across the room. In the peak season from February to April things are tight; for the rest of the year we work normal hours — overtime from the spring is taken as time off by the summer, not paid out.
We pay for continuing education in full and give time off for course days. Two of our federal certificates came about that way.
Ten minutes on the phone
You don't need to put together an application to talk to us. Give us a call and ask for Hanspeter Brunnwald — ten minutes are enough to work out whether the position suits you. You can send documents afterwards, once both sides want to take it further.
