A call back the same day
If you call or write to us by 3 p.m., you'll hear from us the same day; enquiries arriving later are answered the following morning. You can reach us from Zug railway station in a good quarter of an hour on foot, or in a few minutes by city bus. If you drive, there are three visitor spaces in front of the building that cost nothing during your appointment; a covered bicycle rack is located by the entrance. Just tell us how you plan to come when booking, and we'll keep a space free. The quietest time for a longer conversation is Friday morning.

When is the office staffed?
The phone is not answered over lunchtime. Early evening appointments can be arranged on request, as can appointments in the weeks before the tax deadlines.

Tell us your name, your legal form and what it's about — accounting, taxes, payroll or company formation. We'll propose two appointments within one working day; the first half-hour consultation is free of charge.
