Why an office in Zug?
Hanspeter Brunnwald resigned in 2004 because his employer at the time expected him to handle clients in fifteen-minute slots. He wanted fewer clients and more time per client. He started with two mandates, a second-hand copier and the resolve to go through every set of financial statements personally with the owner. We keep to that resolve to this day.
The one-man office has grown into seven employees, two of them part-time and one apprentice in her third year. We grow slowly and only once we have found someone — not when we have work coming in.
Zug has two faces for us. One is the international financial centre that you see from the outside. The other is the businesses between the old town and the industrial district, the practices, the construction firms, the restaurants by the lake. These businesses are our clients, and many of them have been with us for over fifteen years.
Team
Three people, three areas of responsibility
With us, every client knows who knows their figures. The three people in charge run their own areas and sit in the same office, which keeps queries short. Behind them work two administrators, a part-time employee in the secretariat and an apprentice in her third year.
Hanspeter Brunnwald
Founder and owner, certified fiduciary expert, in his own office since 2004. He is responsible for the financial statements of corporations, restructurings and succession arrangements. He supported a Zug construction firm over two years in handing the business to the owner's daughter, from valuation to purchase agreement. At weekends he's usually out on the Zugerberg.
Nadja Hürlimann
Mandate manager for accounting and taxes, specialist in finance and accounting with a federal certificate, with us since 2013. She runs around sixty sets of books and trains clients who want to pre-record entries themselves. For a group practice she set up a settlement arrangement between three doctors that had previously caused arguments every year. She also leads the training of our apprentices.
Marco Iten
Head of payroll and social insurance, social insurance specialist with a federal certificate, with us since 2018. He looks after payroll mandates from two to forty employees and clarifies cases involving daily allowances, maternity or withholding tax. At a restaurant business he set up time recording so that holiday entitlements are visible on an ongoing basis. He plays in a carnival band in town.

Rooms and workstations
In the pictures you can see the ground-floor meeting room where financial statement reviews take place, and the four workstations in the rear office looking onto the courtyard. There are also shots of the file storage, the reception area with the coffee machine, and the façade on Rosenbüelstrasse in summer.
